On July 2nd 2019, Mark announced that he was officially taking on online competitive bodybuilding athletes on his Instagram. That announcement is what began a new era of Tomanek Trained, where athletes from all over the world placed their trust in not just his knowledge and abilities as a coach, but his love for being a competitive person. Every day starts at 0, and we have 24 hours to win that day in whatever definition of winning suits us. Every day is a chance to surpass the last. Because Mark embodies this ideology, “we”, his athletes, follow this example.
