**RSVP due by 10/31/2022 – This is imperative as we are booking a room/tables and making a deposit on the party with your RSVP**
RSVP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please use the link below to make a $100 deposit (per person) to confirm your RSVP.
2. There are two deposit options: $100 & $200 – if you are bringing a significant other/guest, please ensure to make a deposit for each of you.
3. Balance will be due once we have a confirmed total, prior to the party.
**There are NO refunds of your deposit.
**Please note, if you RSVP and make a deposit, and then do not pay the balance, you will be asking your teammates to cover your balance, as I will be raising the total price per person in order to cover all heads that RSVP’d
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
1. Dinner, drinks + fun will be split amongst the total group.
2. Your deposit will be put towards your total and the balance will be calculated once we have a final headcount.
TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
1. All travel & accommodations will be your responsibility
2. Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Avon at The Emerald Event Center is 3 miles from Mark’s house & gym
3. AirBnbs available in the area – minimal
4. Cleveland Hopkins airport is approx 30 mins from Avon Lake
A more detailed schedule of events will be sent out once RSVP closes and the final headcount is received.
