Expectations of Athlete:
– Show up on time
– What to wear: posing heels, practice suit, or fitted clothing. do not wear anything baggy
– Daily/weekly practice on your own
– 1 practice video & check-in photos sent for analysis and accountability during the coaching duration
– 24-hour cancellation to reschedule
Expectations of Coach:
– Division(s): Bikini or Wellness
– Show up on time
– Teach division mandatories and requirements
– Create a full routine
– Educate on expectations of show day
– Help with best suit color for athlete
– Prepare athletes for show day and help build stage confidence!
