In In-person training at Competitive Bodies with Coach Mark

These are training sessions with the specific intention of training for the individual. Each individual’s needs and goals are accounted for and paired with exercises and training schemes best suited for individuals mechanical patterns. We work to educate the athlete, improve biomechanics, master neurological engagement in movements, and increase training intensity. Each 1.5 hour session we work to maximize the value added to an athlete.
