The HomeBody Program
This program was developed to provide those who train at home a means to continuously progress towards their body composition, health, & wellness goals.
The HomeBody program will provide individuals a means towards making the absolute most out of what they have access to with regards to home gym equipment. Whether it is through their bodyweight, bands, & dumbbells or their bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, & barbells/plates, HomeBody has you covered! Offering two different training templates to suit your accessibility.
This program consists of (4) training days: Push, Pull, Legs, & a Full Body day.
Each day has been specifically programmed with a series of warm-up exercises to help prime the body, the central nervous system, increase awareness, mind-muscle connection, and get the body ready for the exercises ahead. This is followed by a series of exercises based on a specific day at hand.
Every exercise within this program has been filmed and ready for you to view and review as needed. Each video provides a detailed explanation of how to perform the exercise, along with specific cues for engagement, tempos, and more to help you execute with intent. While making the absolute most out of what you have access to.
It’s our goal to help educate you, aid in informed decision making, provide examples, and help aid your progression towards your body composition, health, and wellness goals.
