- Type form submission for rest day macros and training day macros (2 days of the menu will be provided regardless of training/rest day macronutrient differences).
- Type form submission for macronutrients, required peri-workout macronutrients (if it’s training day), calorie-containing supplements that are consumed daily, food likes (with instructions to list brands of specific foods requested to incorporate), food allergies/intolerances/dislikes, number of meals preference, additional notes box, and preferred email to send the menu to.
Macros to Menus do not create meal plans nor is it a meal planning service, but rather a menu creation service.
